Squash leagues - walkovers feeding into Squash Levels
Hi again,
I have been in contact with the Mycourts Administrator regarding the issue of walkover results in the leagues feeding through into Squash Levels.
I'm aware that some of you have been reluctant to award walkovers because of the impact this could have on your ratings.
He has shown me a way in which I can prevent this from happening.
I have made that change in our system, so that now, if you need to award a walkover, you have to submit a 0-5 league points entry AND a 0-0 games entry (rather than the 0-3 games entry you needed to submit previously). This then means that there is no feed into Squash Levels, and your rating will not be impacted.
Obviously this is not relevant if you have opted out of sharing any of your league results with Squash Levels.
I hope this gives you renewed confidence in utilising the walkover functionality in the unfortunate event of sickness or injury.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?
- Login and check you email address is correct.
- Contact Us if you changed your email address.
- Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
- Add "reigate@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
- Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from reigate@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
Hotmail/Outlook Users
- Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
- Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
- Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.
GMail Users
- Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Reigate Squash Club <reigate@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Reigate Squash Club <reigate@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".
Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from reigate@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
