RSC Moves to WhatsApp Communities!

We’re making it even easier to stay connected with everything happening at Reigate Squash Club!

The Club is currently migrating its WhatsApp chats into a new Community system — designed to make communication, admin and member engagement smoother and more effective.

We think this change will really enhance the team, playing and social side of the Club.

For all team players, captains, ITL participants, league participants, social members and anyone keen to keep up with fixtures, results, coaching and playing opportunities, you’ll get club news, team updates and social event details — all in one place.

Members can opt in to all the groups they’re eligible for (for example, each active team has its own chat), and you’re encouraged to do so!

There’s also a dedicated Announcements channel where official club updates will be posted, while you can still chat privately in your usual groups.

  • Be first to hear about club news, fixtures and events
  • Find playing partners and join socials
  • Help build a stronger, more connected club community
  • Nothing about your existing chats will disappear — this simply brings everything neatly together.

As with any transition, there may be a few teething issues, so please bear with us. If you have any feedback or questions, you can message the Community administrators directly or contact Lisa Pinggera or Wayne Beglan.

If you’d like to join the RSC Team & Social Community, just reply to this message and we’ll send you the invite link.

Let’s make this a great way to stay in touch — on and off court!
